Fennel is cousins with carrots and parsley and is one of Italy’s most popular vegetables.  From the bulb to the frilly fronds, all parts of the fennel plant are edible, and its delicate anise flavor pairs well with raw salads, roasted vegetable melodies, and seafood.

All of our lettuces, greens, and vegetables are delivered raw, unprocessed, and “ready to wash.” Even if they look clean, you should always carefully and thoroughly wash all of your salad greens and veggies before you eat them!
