We grow delicious, high-quality vegetables and berries for individuals, families, chefs, and various wholesale customers. Our work is labor-intensive and requires long, dirty days and close attention to detail.  We are passionate about quality and safety, and demand our employees work hard, work quickly, and work carefully every day.

We offer a challenging and rewarding work environment and strive to prioritize kindness and inclusion. However, we are not a place to “find yourself,” and we are not babysitters. 

We grow, harvest, and pack vegetables seven days a week, 365 days a year. We have tight deadlines and stick to a strict schedule.  Growing year-round requires we work in the hot sun and in freezing cold rain. All positions are labor-intensive and demand focus and commitment. 

We expect our team members to be positive, punctual, and hardworking individuals who learn quickly and want to grow with us. 

We will accept applications for both entry-level and management positions and appreciate, but don’t require, experience in vegetable farming. We want to work with folks who are serious about farming and sustainable agriculture.

New employees are paid on an hourly basis with starting pay based on experience. Benefits are available to full-time employees after a probationary period.
