Greens

Unless otherwise noted in a product description, all of our greens are grown hydroponically (in water) in a greenhouse. All of our hydroponic greens are free from dirt, grit, manure, herbicides, fungicides, and synthetic pesticides. Our hydroponic greens are harvested and delivered with their roots attached and “ready to wash.” Until you are ready to prepare our greens, they are best stored in the refrigerator in a loosely closed bag.
