Lettuces

All of our lettuces are grown hydroponically (in water) in a greenhouse. As such, they are free from dirt, grit, manure, herbicides, fungicides, and synthetic pesticides. Our lettuces are harvested and delivered fresh with their roots attached and “ready to wash.” Until you are ready to serve our lettuce, it is best stored in the refrigerator in a loosely closed bag.
