Tucker Farms’ Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Makes enough for 3-4 salads.
- 2 tbsp. light-tasting oil (e.g., canola, light olive)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey (local is best!)
- ½ tbsp. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
- Pinch of salt
- A few shakes of Creole seasoning
- Put all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix vigorously until all ingredients are well-blended.
